This is very interesting issue. As Dr. Oakley discussed in the course “Learning how to Learn” by restricting ourselves to same activities or areas we build something what is called “Einstellung” – (Installation) that can block us to find a solution to problem we’re trying to solve. In order to be more creative we have to let our brains penetrate different areas.  Why not finding a new object of interest? That can actually help you with whatever you’re dealing with now.
